We will probrably draw them, in either the FA Cup or Trophy then.
For sheer anti-climax, the 5-0 defeat at Kidderminster in the FA Trophy Quarter Final in 1995 takes some beating.
Me too. Plenty of experience and would have been great on a one year deal.
Must have been offered a good wage at York I would have thought.
Agreed.
If you win away at Notts County and Wrexham (both after extra time) and then come from behind to win in extra time in the final, you really do deserve to go up.
Well done Grimsby!
It would make Curzon quite a strong side for next season too, plus they will be in the mix for promotion as an outside bet. Especially if they can get Tommo, Tom and Jake.
We went through the same nonsense last summer. And we struggled for a striker until Christmas
People saying we'd struggle because we hadn't recruited, when most teams hadn't even started yet.
We've obviously done some business early because we've got more to do than the average club, but there's still plenty to be done and it will happen.
We recruited a highly rated striker in time for the start of the season. Unfortunately it was Marcus Dinanga.
Absolutely , it get's stronger by the year , i really think it's time for 3 up 3 down to be considered.
