Used to be a decent striker but if he can't hold down a place in Barrows squad....

Might have been shipped out because

a) they've extended the loan of Louis Almond from Blackpool who by all accounts is brilliant

and

b) as far as target men go they've just signed WAyne Curtis.

Grant being released though would be  a free agent and able to sign for people in a week or two I think.

We have Almond now until early April.

Grant had been out of the game for a while and never really regained fitness.He was on non contract to prove himself.  He had his chance when Chadwick was suspended but never really did anything. Once Wayne Curtis was lined up the writing was on the wall for Grant, also Donnely who we have let go
