Some more points after reflecting on the weekend games

Where was Dale? Before he got injured last season he was our best player. He is also a favourite with the crowd and since Little, Senior and Youngy have left we are missing some personalities in the team. We need more of a relationship between the crowd and players.

We need Robbie back ASAP. I'll hold my hands up and say he has a bigger influence on the team than i realised.

I'm worried that the new players came to Alty thinking we were a comfortable mid table team. I don't think they realised that the only reason we got their was because the players gave it their all for every minute of every game.

Finally I honestly don't believe that Heathcote can pick a much stronger team (except maybe dropping Joseph) at the minute and he is the best man for the job but I also agree with the fact that he needs to praise the players more as I honestly think the constant moaning is having a negative effect.

Interesting, succint points Lew, the one that stands out for me is

Shades of 2 seasons ago before the Lewes game. I think it may well be that and that due to injuries/departures the current core of the squad isn't strong enough to carry any passengers. Hopefully we will see a similar imrovement but without a horrible boiling point like we ahd the otehr year.

I think we should do all the Heathcote out stuff again, we went on a nice unbeaten streak after Lewes ;)
