ok i know about what setanta is showing in terms of some live conference games for clubs but as far as the conference is concerned is that it.i mean will there be anything like a match of the day for the league,a round up for all the games,im still contemplating wheter to subscribe or not

if there was a match of the day style i would get it but i don't believe there is and i don't believe there is enough of our games for me to think ooh i could get a fair few of these recorded to watch again

I think if there WAS a "match of the day" type programme, and the odd Alty game it would be worth it.
But otherwise not. I'll be at the games anyway and I could always buy a video if it was a game to remember (like when we banjoes the Vics last year!)  ;)

Yes you can get it on Freeview but you need a box with a slot in it.  I've been looking and its really hard to get one cheap, however I've found that SETANTA are selling them for about £30.

Doesn't sound too bad a deal because they will be showing quite a few premiership fixtures as well as the Magners Irish rugby (my wife follows Ulster)

Yes there is a match of the day type programme, there is a weekly highlights programme. Also they plan to show the best goals during their Premiership shows to give the league maximum exposure.

Looks like travelling Grays fans have been really shafted.  Not content with shifting torquay away to Sunday night they've moved halifax away from Sat to Tue night

Do clubs get paid by how many times they are on, how many times they are the host club or is it a pot spread out evenly?

Anything but the latter and the "small" clubs fall furter behind the bigger ones.
