Lightning fast kids...can't wait!
-
4 Hhston fans in the bar the dog was to sick to travel :)
-
You gotta admire the ones that do travel though. It's much easier to travel away with your team when there's a good crowd of you than when your sum total would barely fill a phone box.
-
Oh.....and COME ON ALTY.....the missus is not draggin me away from my listening post today
-
Is radio robins on yet? I'm not getting anything
-
We're on now
-
GOOD AFTERNOON FROM SUNNY DEVON

Good afternoon from sunny belfast
God damn....and we're supposed to be in the 'sunny' south east
-
Anyone else finding that the commentary keeps jumping?
-
And now gone completely
-
Good evening from hot Hong Kong.
Commentary occasionally drops but ok sound overall. Quality of commentary is a whole other matter ;).
Very interesting pronunciations of Danylyk too
-
it freezes for a second, then comes back.
-
Sunny here in Grasse. Close to 40 degrees today. Hottest day of the year. Don't envy the footballers in France tonight.
-
was it Stan Boardwin who used to have the dodgey mike sketch?
-
I is jumping here too, winamp having to buffer a fair bit
-
i'm using media player
-
Good to hear Twiss is doing ok

Give it socks Brian
-
Glad JL is giving a written commentary again :D
-
Here we go again, tons of close chances

COME ON ALTY
-
Not gonna get my hopes up too much but I really wanna get this 'Bogey Team' label away!
-
Sounded like a good half, we need to get 2-0 up and then we can relax
-
BBC keeping up their reputation for getting things wrong. Our score according to them is Altrincham 0 Histon 1
-

Getting some really odd noises on radiorobins boys not working
-
thats a good summing up of the first half by JL
HT Altrincham 1 Histon 0- an improving perfornance from Altrincham as game wore on. Clee unlucky with a triple chance before Clee finished off some good work by Lynch, who had got free inside the box Although his cross was dummied by Twiss, the ball ran left to Clee, who scored into an empty net. Histon had a little flurry just before the break but have been second best.

BIT DISAPPOINTED WITH THE ATTENDANCE
-
Boston 0-2 Vauxhall
-
Reasonable with no away fans that actually I'd say. It's up to the team to win some matches, create some momentum and build up the gates. Hopefully large numbers to our next two very local away matches.
-
Corby 0-3 Hyde
Hyde on fire
-
BIT DISAPPOINTED WITH THE ATTENDANCE
Afternoon all, hope I don't hex things.
As regards the attendance, not great but not desperate being August and very small visiting support.
-
Corby 0-3 Hyde
Hyde on fire

Great Stuff.
Sounds like it's been one way traffic all afternoon and a result to match the performance.
Onwards and upwards.
-
Thanks gents, feeling much better here in northern ireland. up the robins
-
Well done lads, that's more like it. The season starts here!
-
had egg and tomatoe sandwiches sw,new league new sandwiches ;D
Flaming Hell H, that's where we went wrong all along, we'd be Premier League now if you'd started on them 5 years ago.
-
V impressive away wins today for Vauxhall and especially Hyde. Tough week ahead but today sounded great.
-
bbc say 2-1 did i listen to the right game?
-
and histon scored first?
-
BBC and sky sports being pathetic again getting our score wrong on 2 occasions! And yes we did actually win 3-0! ;D
-
Great Result.... Onwards and upwards now.
-
9th i believe
-
Great stuff, lots of positives, Reeves seemed to outpace there defence consistently in the first half, twiss gets a round of applause for kicking the ball out these days, defence improved today, think brown is ok at home when we are attacking but up against it away certainly I can see him being a weak link, mullholland isn't being given enough time and it effected his touch today when he was on, for about 10 minutes before Reeves and twiss were knackered so would like to see more effective sub times as richman showed it only took a bit of legs and the third came, come on u robins!!
-
and histon scored first?
Well done Alty coming from a goal down and winning 3-0.
-
I would have listened to the commentary, but I'd run out of Diazepam and I hate it when we play Histon.
Anyroadup, well done lads on a good win!
-
This Histon came to play football. They just weren't very good at it.
-

Relegation-threatened Altrincham beat promotion chasing Histon at Moss Rose this afternoon. Micky Clee opened the scoring against the run of play with a diving header from Wes Baynes' pinpoint cross. Histon piled on the pressure but David Reeves doubled Altringham's advantage with a close range effort. Simon Richman grabbed a late consolation for the visitors but they still went home empty handed.
