JIMMY SIRRELL R.I.P.

Jimmy Sirrell was burried today in Nottingham
As manager he was famous for taking Notts County from Division 4 to Division 1
He was Notts County manager when they robbed us in the FA Cup 1st Round 1-0 at Moss Lane in 1972
If my memory is correct they got a very suspect penalty
We beat them in a friendly at Moss Lane 3-1 at the end of the same season

A very harsh penalty given against John Unsworth.....that was my debut as a Ballboy ::)
