It’s one thing chasing but it’s another thing when it becomes real as Warrington have found out, pressure does funny things

But there is no E in Altrincham F.C.?
I'm sure he's not forgotten that his head was being called for, albeit by a significant minority, after five minutes in the job. There has recently been suggestions on here that he threw a cup game and the club had a game called off on purpose. If he does read this forum, which he shouldn't but it's probably difficult to ignore, how do you think this 'toxic atmosphere' makes him feel in his job?
mossley away will bring back some scary memories for people who went there in the late 70s . i can recall hanging onto to the emergency exit door on the coach afterour 5-1 defeat in the second leg as 50 yobs in white skinners and harringtons s tried to get on to our coach to attack us despite them winning. my dad lived up there in the 90's and they still dressed the same . wouldnt be surprised if the home fans are all wearing crombies and oxford bags when we go there .As soon as I saw the name Mossley I started having flashbacks Pete, the things we did for fun in those days
What a load of rubbish, its like child wrote it. why don't you save some money and offer to buy the other shareholders out etc, do it properly if it is to be done.
You do realise that criticising a persons written language is the last refuge of someone who has lost the argument
Some would say the argument was lost when twenty odd people left the ground early last Saturd

Could be wrong, but I was always under the impression that Moss Lane is a 'designated' ground, and once you've reached designated status then you can't lose it. We can lose most other things, but not that.Plastic glasses and drinking on the terraces should be allowed also. There won't be any away fans so might aswell make it enjoyable for those still bothering
Correct. I watch a fair bit of Ryman league level stuff down here and boozing on the terraces in plastics is de rigeur in the Ryman Prem. As said the standard next season will be so woeful it has to be rebranded as more of a day out than a football match if we are going to maintain half decent gates. Maybe bottle of Dunham Massey stuff in or something.
not caused by flares or smoke bombs, but if anyone wants a reminder of how fire and football don't mix well..
