Welcome Dave, I met him and his Dad on friday and shook his hand, it still hasnt recovered, he's a big strong lad ! 6 -1 blond haired. Played youth footy with Jake and his brother and and knows James lawrie.

Tolse very pleased as other clubs were after him and an ideal protege for Stuart to work with next season and see how he develops.

Could be the bloke we've been looking for.  Over the years there have been a number of understudies and pretenders-to-the-gloves but hopefully Dave is a cut above that.  If he has the will Alty FC is the best place to bring out his abilities.  Delighted that we're thinking post-Stuart.

If he didn't want that I'd be bitterly disappointed. Wanting and getting are, however, two very different things. Lee has earned the right to go for it, and I'd be amazed if hed didn't have 100% backing for that aim.
