Top night out.

Very professional performance against a desperately poor Workington side.  Shame to see them struggling like that, clearly a club on the edge but plenty if passion and people in scarves and kits etc.

We moved and passed like we can and they couldn't get near us.  Loads of good games, especially Perry who was excellent throughout and a real handful as well as his goals. Walshaw control a joy to watch and great to see Clee up and flying.  Dens free kick was as top corner as you can get.

Their keeper should have gone when he brought down Lawrie as well, very odd he was never even spoken to.

Could have been more but they also deserved their goal.

Here we go again, do we dare to think it, I've seen stranger results than Colwyn Bay 1 Telford 1 on Saturday.  Do our bit and let's see.

If we somehow manage to keep the same starting XI for 8 games, then we have a wonderful chance. It seems Ferriby have a few problems for Saturday and as a consequence they may play a very cagey game. I think a Telford draw at Colwyn is a bit optimistic actually - a home win looks far more likely, but we'll see.

Good night out.
The boys played well, but Workington are on the way out.
Feel sorry for them.
We were all made to feel very welcome by their fans.
Wish them well for the future.
