Good orginal post, but personally I'd have waited another couple of weeks before bumping a "Sinnott sort it out!!!!!!!!!!" thread. Just for maximum gloating potential, you know?  ;D

Anyway, whatever happens from here, can we just remember what a difference a couple of results make? People need a bit of time before we can start making a judgement. The impression I get is that Sinnott is a good manager, but I wouldn't make a proclamation either way until the end of the season. I'd urge everyone else to do the same, but to give him and the players their full support in the meantime.
