Not the best English, but the content is clear:

http://www.bundesligatalk.com/club-owners-welcome-%E2%80%93-the-bundesliga-must-obsess-with-the-%E2%80%9C501-rule%E2%80%9D/786

The way the german fans have not allowed blatant & total commercialisation to ruin their top league is absolutely fantastic. It is unlikely that we will see a german team winning the Champions League in the medium term, but with it having the highest attendances of any league in the world & being a competition in the true sense of the word, it knocks spots off the Premier League in my view.

The total debt of the 36 clubs in the two divisions of the Bundesliga is less than that of Manchester United. This rule can only be a positive factor in that situation. Bring it on !

the prem is a bloated parasite on the body of English football.

Any rule that will change that will be welcome here but until power is taken from the prem nothing will change.  This is an administrative and financial problem and frankly we don't have the leadership in the FA to do anything about it.
