Were Nantwich's smashing supporters all at home watching Dr Foster last night?

I was going to ask Barto, how many did the Dabbers bring? That away end looked pretty empty on the TV. I think Stafford are the only team who have bought even vaguely respectable numbers to us this season.

No more than about 20 from what I saw.

It looks like the league will be a four horse race this year. Alty, (with a Y) ha,  Shaw Lane, Stourbridge and Warrington. in my opinion.

I'm not convinced about Warrington (Stourbridge systematically dismantled them apparently) but still stand by my pre-season forecast that Workington will be thereabouts. They've won 5 of the last 7, and one of the ones they lost was 3-2 at Shaw Lane.

I'd give a shout to Ashton United for the playoffs as well. I don't fancy Farsley, but wouldn't write off any team with James Walshaw up front.

I fancy Grantham to be close to the top 5

If we can maintain a reasonably fit squad then I really do fancy us to get up first time of asking. We have a young squad with a few experienced lads  ... we play at a good tempo throughout the 90 minutes and are now gelling into a slick fit outfit. Well done Parky Sorv and all concerned.

Roll on Saturday, the drive from Shrewsbury (top of lg One unbeaten) is now a pleasure rather than a chore...

Their best player appeared to be number 8 but he couldn't achieve much without help.

He's scored 13 already, 7 of which are pens!
