Actually have him some work to do and he made some decent stops. That header by Rodgers was deliberately planted in the top corner to give him no chance.

Just on that, I've no sympathy for teams who come without a recognised sub keeper (no matter how capable one of their outfield players is). There's 5 subs, you can only use 3, just how many options do you think you need? - Here's a clue, anyone at BSN level who is 4th or 5th sub is not good enough to influence the game anyway.

Seems to me now that  goalkeepers are overrated. Put a defender in goal who is used to backs-to-the-wall the defending then tell him he can use his hands now without getting sent off. It's like a day off for him.

When Gh was in charge i seem to remember a couple of times we had no keeper on the bench , correct me if im wrong

I'm not too impressed by ANY team who doesn't have a recognised keeper amongst the subs,

I'm less impressed when we don't have a full bench. Yes, there were two or three occasions when GH had no sub keeper, but it was in that period when we depended on Acton for cover, and his availability was limited. And of course in those days, youth was never given a chance.
