Train to bath
« on: November 04, 2010, 12:35:10 AM »

Me and my mate are coming to bath on Saturday and debating whether to drive or get the train. Who's is getting the train there from Alty? If so what time and what's best train to get? Also anyone any idea on cost of train? Cheers

Me and jamie are training it.

Day return to Bath is £66.30.

The 8.07 train from piccadilly gets you to bath around 11.35 (change at Bristol) Think those trains are hourly.

Far more than that - trains to Portsmouth, Trowbridge / Bradford on Avon and London all stop at Bath - Oldield park is closer to the ground but less likely to get a cab from there.
