New Big Television in the Bar tomorrow!
« on: September 07, 2007, 01:57:33 PM »

An additional wide screen television has been installed in the bar to give you even more reasons to stay behind after and watch the England game.

*edited by markecky because its more exciting than Darren made out  ;)

I'm serious, we are infamous for doing good things at the club and then not telling anyone!

If we do good things lets shout about it I say.

Is this a permanent addition to the bar or is it just "on loan" for this weekend?

I will start by saying McClaren out. The FA has wasted even more dosh paying stupid money to a lap dog.

It was written in a contract that as soon as Sven left Mclaren would get the job. The media obviously forgot this/didnt know about it when they started harping on about an FA shortlist and the like. Great news about a big screen tv. Is it going in place of the other one or is it being placed elsewhere so we have 2 tv's?

One of the reasons I don't want England to win is that the Liverpool fans will say it is because of Gerrard that England have won. When Gerrard is not arsed playing for England. Also I have backed Israel to win. I would find an English bar in Majorca to watch the game but I can't find one that doesn't rip you off for prices. I will make do with Iceland v Spain or I can watch the European Cup Basketball.

Can we have King Kong on Channel 4 on the new TV instead?

Jessica Lange is far more appealing on the eye than John Terry.....
