New signing reported on website. Ex-Hyde centre-back. This will presumably be the one Grahame Rowley was referring to in his interview.

A bit worrying that Hyde finished near the bottom of Blue Square North and we have signed half their back four....

Its too early to being saying hyde were sh*t so they must be sh*t.Lets see them play first,One thing is for sure,they will be better than that shambles we had at the back last season.

Look at Scott parker - played in a sh*t team, but a good player

If we'd lost coburn, would another club say oh he got relegated must be sh*t?

very true, but this guy seems progressive at least, not bad considering were not even paying a transfer fee though!!

The nice things the Hyde fans have said about Lees and Lynch should tell us a lot about the kind of players we're signing.

Give the new lads a chance before writing them off. Lees is only 23 and potentially has his best years ahead of him. I'm sure playing alongside a conf north winning centre back can only be good for him as well.

Still feeling very positive about things!  :)

I certainly wasn't writing them off,i would never do that without even seeing them play! I was just mentioning that Hyde conceded quite a few goals last season and we've signed half their back four. I wish all new signings well and welcome them to Altrincham.

Sounds another promising signing, some one on the way up and ambitious to improve. Nice to see the kind comments made by Hyde fans, who to be fair havent had the best of luck over the last two years. They do seem a very decent bunch of lads on their forum anyway, especially compared with us lot :D :D

I believe Hyde finished last season pretty well, once they'd sorted their defence out.
