Just read teams nice to see we have Little, Senior & Johnson all starting- well happy about that.

Afternoon all. Come on you Alty.

One of those commentators sounds a bit like Ben Elton when he's in full flow (and admittedly listened to from another room). Pity there's no thatch on the pitch.

They seem to dominating without really creating any good chances.

Afternoon lads, or morning here in sunny Miami. Ive got to rub it in because its about the only time i've ever been sent anywhere warm.

I think we'll have frustrated them enough now. Whack Denham on for the last 25 minutes to run at them and we'll get something here!

Forget the game; I want weather reports from America!

Meanwhile, according to John Laidlar:

"HALF TIME 0-0. Oxford have had better of game without looking particularly dangerous. For Alty Dale Johnson has looked lively and set up their best chance which Little fired over the bar. Doughty and Danylyk have been booked for Alty."

Today's results leave us back in the bottom half in 14th

as long as we stay out of the bottom 4 then that'll do nicely

Was it? Didn't know the circumstances. Bit better  then.

3 match bans are usually for a straight red card from dangerous play. 2 yellows is normally a red.   :)

Can a game of football seriously have 37 fouls in it? Sounds like the ref enjoyed the sound of his whistle!

Another one of those idiots who seem to think the crowd are there to watch him.

Last shot was by Joe

Should have realised it was O'Neill when it missed the target.

That Vics defeat is just sick. Sort of makes you feel that there's always someone worse off than you.

It's Stoke I'm disappointed for - 1-0 up at Chelsea until 2 mins from time, then falling to defeat 4 mins into injury time.

Even worse was hearing that buffoon Phil Thomson acting as if he was the scorer

Vics now 2.1 down

Stop smirking all of you!

Well, it is a little bit funny I suppose

I glanced out of the bedroom window across to Moss Lane and was privileged to see the Histon players celebrate their 97th minute winning goal.

Marvellous scenes!

Mind you, I did say earlier in the week that Histon always win at Moss Lane!

Another long journey home for the Southern ringers (and Lee Elam) then....

I was at the Chequers end for the last 15+8 minutes and yes it was funny to see the Histon players celebrate their late late winner. It was if they had won the Champions League Final. Shame there was only a handful of Histon fans to share their joy with. What on earth are they going to do if they do get promoted to the Football League? It will all end in tears!

If Histon got promoted to the league they could merge with Cambridge United. That would get C U into the league as well and they could come up with the ingenious name of...............FC United of Cambridge.
