Technically they owe £1m, but, that might be to the owners of the club, bit like Nottingham Forest owe the now deceased Nigel Doughty £70 million. He lent it to them, but probably never expected to see it repaid. Possibly includes loans from the banks as well?

In the year they made a loss of £45,000 and that was probably covered by loans, but it's hard to say for certain.

They probably need to sell more widgets, at a higher price to get somewhere near to profitability.

I'm not an accountant, but it looks like they run at an annual loss of about £70k, with cumulative liabilities of c£1m which aren't due to be paid within 12 months. As this figure balances with Shareholders Funds (what they've put into the company) I'm guessing this equals how much the sugar daddy piggy bank has paid out over the years. If the shareholders wanted their money back at some point there'd be issues rather like Mauders in 95.

The fact their net assets are so low at £230k mean they have a sh*t ground, an old lawnmower and not a lot of much else  ;D

They're a big club so they must have at least three sheep.
