 Definitely Wrexham in the early 60's, and possibly (I'm less sure of this) Tranmere in the 30's

Wrexham was 1963-4 and Tranmere was 1921-2 (Sorry for the delay, just consulted my records!)*





































* It's not only Barry who has them - although his are most likely far more extensive! ;))

Southport were a League club when we played them in 1921 (after beating Tranmere).

Wrexham was my first ever Alty game,we had time off school to go and watch it. ;D

Werent the games in the 1920's Qualifying Round matches - although they were against League clubs?
I think you will find that the first time we played in the FA Cup first round was away to Gainsborough in around 1934
