I just hope it is a better game than the away fixture or you people are in for one shocking afternoon.

We lost one nil but we largely neutralised there hoof ball that night and with a touch more luck and one less Mr Coburn moment of madness we could have come away with a point.

Therefore......

1 v 1

Aren't you getting your away defeats confused here? Stuart wasn't at fault for the goal at Histon and actually, although I didn't want to mention it at the time as it would have seemed disrespectful to the officials, I suspect there may have been a handball in the build-up. Handball, ref! Handball! Just then when he, you know, controlled it with his hand right in front of you! Handball!

Histon are an absolute pain in the arse of a team. All logic and coherent football goes out of the window when you play them. It does not matter how well you play, it's football Jim but not as we know it.

A bit like last season I think but Logan ain't playing so we might get a 1-1 draw this time.

I think we'll be very lucky to win this one and, normally, I woiuld be happy with a draw.
However given the games which follow it in the league, it would be extra-nice to stay around mid-table and a win would do that for us for a couple more weeks at least ...

So, any kind of win for us please Alty!  ;)
