I remember our Rick being refused child admission at Stafford - but he was nearly 30 at the time.

Surely the simplest criterion would be as follows:

if they are smaller than Chris Senior, they are allowed to enter the ground free of charge.....?

That would save us a few bob if applied generally - Mrs Saughall's only 5'  and 1/2"!  :D

George has it spot on. We use our discretin. If they are young enough to need carrying then we dont usually charge. This also encourages them to come back once they are old enough to pay - as some have already said.
