This is probably a bit sad on my behalf, but here goes…
I’ve looked into the relative positions of the team finishing fourth from bottom in the conference over the years. Now, as we all know, there has never been a 46 game season in the conf, but if you can get an idea by looking at average points per game.

On average teams finishing 4th from bottom have scored 1.06pts/game. Multiplied by 46 would give you an average of 49pts.

The highest over 42 games was 51pts by Yeovil in 92/93 which, at 1.21pts/game, would equal roughly 56pts over 46 games!!

Don't know what that proves really - apart from the fact that you're probably about as nervous as the rest of us about the run-in.
Cheer yourself up with a Goodwin. Things will look a lot brighter at 5pm on saturday evening when we've got 51 points!  ;)
