I don't think anyone is blaming them for the state of the pitch, they can't control the weather or the local geology.  We are blaming them for a complete lack of realism when dealing with the pitch issue (that isn't their fault)

Postponment 1 : Tweet on morning of match "pitch firm and dry, game on"
Postponment 2 : Tweet on afternoon of match "thanks to volunteers, pitch is playable"
Postpoment 3 : rearranged for 24 hours later when weather forecast was more rain - how was that ever going to be playable
Any attempt to play the match since remedial work on the ground is never going to happen as that new turf will simply come away when any sideways pressure is applied

Absolutely this. Anyone having a dig at our own less than perfect pitch is missing the point entirely. This has been poorly handled from the off by Lem, a club I had a lot of time for based on our previous encounters. They have undermined the integrity of the competition and really by now the FA should have stepped in and moved the tie to another suitable local venue. Their media strategy of aiming a number of non too subtle digs at us has been in poor taste as well. On a separate note Bognor by having to stage the winners on a Tuesday night will also miss out on what could have been a relatively bumper gate for them too.

I'm sure we wouldn't either Jimmy but after 5 unsuccessful attempts to play the tie at the same ground I don't think 'want' comes into it. They've had their chance. Even if it was moved it would still be at a ground local to them and a long way from us.

Of course, there is a knock-on effect on the Sussex coast too. According to the Bognor website, if we play Saturday the 2nd Round game will take place on Tuesday 19th (which we knew); if we don't play till next week the 2nd Round game will be put back to Tuesday 26th (which we might have guessed, and would of course mean our game with Woking had to be re-arranged). Meantime Bognor have reinstated their original League fixture for this Saturday v VCD Athletic; they have a league game scheduled v Leatherhead next Weds which they are expecting to have to postpone (unless we fail to play Saturday) & a Sussex Senior Cup-tie v Burgess Hill scheduled for Tues 26th which could become a casualty too, through no fault of their own. Let's hope & pray that we do manage to play Saturday - somewhere!
