I am hoping for the team at the top of the thread but Newbs and Justin need to keep on their toes as both Mooney and Kosylo are beginning to look sharper.

Aldershot are a good side and beat us well. Tonight we beat ourselves with a dreadful team selection - wasted points and I pray it doesn't cost us dearly.

I actually thought Kosylo looked pretty sharp when he came in at Aldershot. Agree too that Mooney could do as good a job as any of the other forwards.

I think we'll be okay tomorrow. Aldershot are a good team and made the best of the difficult conditions. Having said that, I'd take a draw at Pools and win our home games.

We've played Oldham twice this season and somehow not beaten them.

It will come.

I have never imagined us getting promoted but at some point, we the fans are going to have to start believing that it is possible. I think that the players are way ahead of us in this regard.

Apologies if this has already been mentioned but my dodgy maths has us playing 16 more matches with only 3 against top 10 teams! Away at Aldershot (6th?) and at home to Oldham and Gateshead (both below us).

This means nothing if form dips and/or we begin to sustain injuries but I suppose it's quite heartening.

I've been watching Alty for 35+ years now and Baines and Coops are genuinely the best 2 centre backs I've seen play for Alty.

Now all ticket for away fans - no ticket sales if full or beyond 2pm.

I'm probably being a bit slow here, but don't we face the prospect of ticketless Dale fans coming in our end?

With no injuries, 2nd is achievable.

Josh Stokes is the best player I have seen in the league. 250K is definitely a benchmark figure for any CCC sale.

Exeter is a really weird move for him. I wonder if he is from down there.

Agree with all re. Justin Donowa. I just can't understand why he is so out of favour.

It may be so the new management team can assess him for themselves but I think it's normal for a loan player to return to their parent club before being sold - let's hope this is the case!

Finishing third is not beyond us. Home semi, then Wembley and Bob's your uncle! 😉

There. I've said it!

It is certainly not beyond us, but we'd need pretty much everyone to remain fit and that seems unlikely. I wonder if the arrangement with Man U still stands?
