last word from me on Boston before we concentrate on matters going forward but this is incredible, can you imagine this happening at Alty?

They signed Steve Spriggs from Kings Lynn in the league below, scores 1 in 2 them over the last two seasons and is pretty highly rated.

He plays 45 mins at Alty and has decided he doesn't like it at Boston and has gone back!

Look at it from a Boston fan's point of view. Do you want a player in your side who jumps ship after one bad result? Hardly the kind of fighting spirit that's required if you're going to progress as a team.

He's probably astounded at what he's walked into, and realised quickly wheres its heading. drury is ok managing Corby into 10/12th place, but not for Boston, he'll last a couple of months at best.Just signing a load of players from rainworth MW and borrowash vics, and kings Lynn may get you to the middle in this league, but Boston are aiming higher.
