Anyone see their player clear it off the line today when it went over the keeper and their defender dived and tipped it over?

Was on about 80 minutes it happened.

It was a strange game full of strange decisions:

  • our goal in the 1st half being flagged for offside. despite being level with the defender, the linesman and half the popside.
  • the worlds softest penalty and james lawries fantastic trip to the ground.
  • Bizarre red card? didn't really see what happened as it seemed to be given when neither player was on the ball

I agree it was an odd game. Wasn't worried about losing if that makes sense. Can't remember the last time I saw such a soft penalty given at ML, he kinda runs into him and falls down. The red card odd too, from what the ref inacts it looks like their player gave a sneaky foot on back of Clee's leg
