Evening all, Just a brief message to introduce myself, Im Andi from Cardiff and a Cardiff City fan.

After seeing Alty on the telly last season I seem to have developed an 'affection' towards them so have since kept a look out for results. Fingers crossed this season will be better than the last.

Hoping to try to get myself up and take in a game or two as well as maybe get myself a shirt for whilst im training myself!

I shall come up as soon as I can, get a game in and enjoy the atmoshere, watched the last game of the season, your away following seemed quite vocal and got into big time!


I found myself watching that game again over the weekend. It's a tribute to the fans that it is not hard to watch despite the end result. Really proud day for the club. In watching it I discovered that the ref actually ran the line at Euro 2008 - shocking !!!!

I think that's pushing it a bit. The support was fantastic and the team tried their best, but it's not a day I'll look back at with enormous pride in years to come.

It can hardly be put in the same bracket as, say, beating Barnet 4-1.

Strangely enough, I still have the whole game on Sky+ although I'm not all that sure why.

I watched it on worlds worst internet stream and I was well proud of the way the supporters acted and the teams efforts. It just stood out. I did feel there was an air of invincibility though, most of us already knew a reprieve was likely!

So Andi, what's the vibe with Wrexham? Do you hate them or are they not really big enough to worry about for Cardiff? It'll be a big one for us, ex-league team plus there's a bit of a Cheshire/Wales thing bubbling underneath it all.

Well I wouldnt say that there is a rivalry at all between us and Wrexham, a fair sense of unity I would say due to being Welsh! Wish them well after they dropped down from the league, but asides from the fact that they are Welsh they are just another team!

Had a bit of hassle with a few of their fans when I went over to the Rep of Ireland game! Would not hurt to see Alty take 6 points off them this season!
