Not sure I'm up to 90 mins at centre mid mate, could perhaps do ten mins upfront at the end.
Joking aside I like that team jack if it includes williams s

Looking forward to getting down Moss Lane again on Saturday; looks as though it is already becoming a must win/relegation 6 pointer/insert cliche of choice.  Hopefully we'll get to see a win to lighten the mood, as there is already a lot of doom and gloom around.

                              Parton

               Havern   Leather   Marshall

 Crowther     Williams      Cavanagh      Clee
(or richman)
                               Lawrie

                   Gillespie           Reeves

I think it'd worth trying the 3 at the back approach. It'd give Leather a chance to play central and Lawrie to play in his best position. Shouldn't be starting with Perry though

Ddefo 3 cb's and wing backs for me.

Think id have Crowrther there.

Cav and Moult in middle.

Lawrie or Wilkinson behind front 2.

Massive game tbh.

Agree almost completely with brian1925; my only query is that M. Williams, while reportedly back in training last night, will be nowhere near match fit & would represent a considerable gamble. I think we have to reunite Havern & Leather if at all possible in central defence. One way - which would also be a gamble - might be to play Brown (also reported to be training with the squad last night) at RB, which would allow Leather to switch to CB. This assumes that he is not tied up formally with Ossett on some kind of loan?
Either way, a risk needs to be taken. As regards result - fingers crossed, but no forecast from me!

Totally agree that we need to get Leather back in central defence. I'd be tempted to play Moult at right back.

I think as per initial post we should play cav at right back until Shaun is fit. And get leather and Havern back in the middle. S williams has grown with every game and we could have him playing with either richman or moult along side, If that was the case I'd be tempted to have Crowther on the right of midfield and moult slightly advanced of williams . But wouldn't be adverse to seeing richman on right if moult and williams were in the middle.

Last time I saw this fixture it was a dull 0-0 draw in the 85-86 season, about this time iirc.

Two teams low on confidence = same outcome

I watched the very same game, and was thinking about it this morning! They played in all yellow as I recall.

Right now, I'd take 1-0, from an own goal if need be.

No ideas which way this will go but there will be goals and one of the teams will lose by 1 goal again

Alty 1 Dartford 4

Alty fail to find a formation that works despite lee changing things 20 times in the second half

chaos ensues

I think we'll win today, as we simply have no choice! Losing to both Nunny and Port was a disaster, a defeat here would probably finish us off. I agree with others that for this particular fixture we really have to go for it. For that reason I'd select Reeves, Gillespie and both Nicky and Crowther - no point fannying around now. 4-1 to Alty.
