Not many decisions to make really. Might be Pringle over Furman but that's about it.

Woking 2-1 Alty (Hancock)

I fancy us to get something today.
Even with all the injuries/absentees and new arrivals (who gave a bloody good account of themselves) we could have beat Solihull last Tuesday.

We have the same goal difference as Woking.

Alty 2-1 Woking

An interesting team, probably the best we can put out under the circumstances. I see Woking have signed a centre half on loan.

The thirteen absentees, (through a mixture of injury and Covid protocols), were Hampson, White, Thompson, Digie, Leitch-Smith, Dinanga, Mooney, Jackson, Mullarkey, Whitehead, Colclough, Kosylo and Furman. (John Laidlar)

Three defeats in eight days, albeit amidst some extreme and exacting circumstances.

Next Saturday's FA Cup tie at Gateshead now carries even more significance in order to avoid our season becoming somewhat derailed. There's the small matter of £22,629 being up for grabs, too.

Let's hope that the casualty list is reduced by then and Covid is duly kept at bay.

I am proud that the lads acquitted themselves so well again given the difficulties that they have faced over the last few games. If we had got the rub of the green we might well of won the last two games.  Shame that Pringle got himself sent off.  We will beat Gateshead next Saturday and come the end of the season I still believe that we will occupy one of the playoff positions.

C'mon Alty.

Gateshead lost at Fylde today. Without doubt winnable but we are conceding far too many goals
