Just been informed by Karen and Graham Rowley, the Torquay match today is off due to a water logged pitch
The supporters coach have already been informed.

according to a reliable source who is at the ground now, the pitch is absolutley fine apparently ??? ???

probably the richest club in the league and a)they don't have their own stewards and b)their pitch isn't even playable
whereas alty hav a good, well drained pitch and their own stewards

good job i looked on here, was just setting off in the charger. waterlogged pitch eh? laugh i nearly did. Right then, in the bridge for a few pints then.

well in Torquays defence all fields around stoke canon where i live(just outside of Exeter) are under water,it was bad again last night.

Better they called it off early than everyone gets to the ground for it only to be called off then or abandoned.

I was in Torquay last night visiting family and I can tell you it was absolutely filthy all night. Brightened a little this morning but still plenty of drizzle. Can't really blame them for calling it off, given the weather.
