Brilliant ;D great job every time, thanks!
-
Thanks for that nice to see as i couldn't make yesterday's game, How many chances did we have?
-
Penalty might have been harsh, then putting a midget in goals was equally as harsh!!
-
awesome thanks, keeper should never have been sent off and was outside the area, still i am not complaining :-)
-
men V boys at times.

Quality as always! Thanks so much for this! :D
I thought the sending of was a little harsh though, it was definately outside the box too, but Brooke's first goal was as good as the other 7!
Moult's goal is something Imbrohimavic would be proud of! Class.

My thoughts too. I also noticed that reevesy was very quick to make sure that Clee's goal was credited to him (Clee) when he could quite easily have snatched it.

Could of been 10 or 12

Brilliant afternoon at ML. Thank you for these fantastic highlights!

Shouldn't have been a pen but he did make contact and prevented a clear goalscoring opportunity which is a sending off. A bit unfortunate maybe but those are the rules.

Thanks for the highlights.
Enjoyed them in full HD on my tele. Brilliant!

nice moon shot at the end

nice moon shot at the end
We were clearly "over" that particular celestial object at the end of the game. Perhaps the club could consider purchasing a poorly parrot just in case, like? ;)

Brilliant work as always many thanks

I love watching the Alty videos, a definite highlight of the weekend.
Tadcaster Albion also produce a video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C_DNZo4OzLs - this one is them beating Scabby 3-0 in the cup earlier in the season. I do like the way that they have their manager doing a talk-over, it brings something different to the end product. How feasible is it for Lee or any club official or player to do something like this every now and again? Please don't take this as a criticism, I do think all the techy people bringing Alty FC to my PC are fantastic.

Thanks for the comments York Alty, I really appreciate your comments.
We did a similar sort of thing with Lee's end of season interview where specific elements of the passage of play he was talking about were overlaid with footage. This is a very common sports/documentary technique but works really well. From my point of view, I would like to append more interviews at the end of games in the future - perhaps from both managers, but wouldn't employ this method in the main footage.
One of AltyTV's key editorial principles is to be totally impartial - which isn't easy for a diehard Alty fan of over 30 years! - and present a match the way it happened from a neutral point of view. Alty Tv is primarily a service for Alty fans and an archive of Alty games for years to come. But it is also a really important Showcase for Altrincham FC and hopefully portraits a sense of professionalism which, hopefully, raises the profile of the club. Each match is watched by more neutrals and away fans combined than Altrincham supporters which is now approaching a total of 50,000 views in just over 14 months.
Sorry to go off on a tangent - a couple of glasses too many - but I think what I am trying to say, York Alty, is - I like your idea, and I think that after match interviews with interlaced footage would be a huge benefit. Over to you in the studio Brian.
