Reet I know I have offered this before but I have constant internet access now and can read emails and put the logo \ company name on the top banner so its always there to see, and also maybe at the bottom of each post ??

I am open to suggestions and offers. Money will now go direct to Altrincham FC as I have paid for the forum for a season, and you will need to be able to hand it in \ post to the club as I do not live in the area anymore and means they will get it quicker.

Ideas I had were...
a direct offer from someone
A raffle like we have for the Golf Road End
or just an auction to sponsor it for the season.

Thoughts ?

How about giving businessmen a one page advert on the site. For a fixed fee they get a clickable link to their page placed under the banner heading.

Some stats - visitors, members etc would be useful in marketing this, plus would it include an official mention ie in the matchday programme?

the forum is independent to the football club so a programme peice could cost money. I will look into this, maybe the money could be used to get an advert into the programme ?

How about a patrons scheme? Maybe one sponsor per month, or perhaps sell match thread sponsorships. Work out what you want to make for the club and divide it by 12 or 46 (or 44) and sell the chunks that way. £1000 would work out at (say) £20 a league game with possibly the same for Trophy and FA Cup rounds.
