If we had a backer with the club at heart and enough money yes I'd like him to spend lots of money I will just add I'm not knocking the board they are running the club well

I think if the people that were proud of what this club is doing and those that are happy with the manager (or at least not upset by him) and those people who felt the team were committed (albeit they will have the odd bad game) voiced their opinion more, and were not scared of the handful of people that continually brow beat everyone else on the forum then this forum would be a happier place, with more people posting and enjoying it, rather than feeling they can't post for the fear of having their comments shot down or making a spelling mistake.

Totally unbelievable some comments on this forum.
We are a team with a very little budget.
We have got promoted, first round of the FA cup, enjoy.
Alty is a well run club.
Do some of you want us to go and spend mega bucks, like many others then go bust.
I personally think you do.

The budget thing gets said a lot, but none of us really know.

We might have the smallest budget in the league or we might have the 7th or 8th smallest.

I know money doesn't mean everything, but if it's the former just staying up is a good achievement. If it's the latter staying up is par for the course really.
