Altrincham 2-1 Crawley
Little 29            Someone 27
Senior 51

Att: 793

After a very even start Crawley break the deadlock with a well taken goal on 27 minutes. Alty hit back straight away and with a sweet strike by Little. It's all Alty up until half time and this continues after the break. Senior runs clear on 51 and rounds the keeper nicely to slot home. After that it's all very nervy and a string of fine saves by both keepers prevents any addition to the scoresheet. It's 7 points from 9 and a job well done.

Come on Alty!!!!

As 'Daisy' has not said it recently, I'm going 4-1 to the Robins for the sheer hell of it (But any win would do me fine)

Seeing as I will be at the Manchester Apollo tonight for the visit by the great Neil Young, Alty are bound to produce their most scintillating display of the season in my absence.

So, it's Alty 4 Crawley Town 0

Joe O'Neill nets a hat-trick and Stuart Coburn notches the fourth with a wind-assisted punt in the 88th minute.

Bloody rearranged fixtures.....

They don't tend to do as well when you're in absentia, Cult so I'll amend my original 4-1 prediction to 3-1 for us.

Mrs Saughall can't make it either this evening so she'll be opening it about eight thirty to let it 'breathe' for me when I return home triumphantly to celebrate about 2 hours later.  ::)

Let's hope we both have a good night!

2 draws in the Farsley/Muff games will see each drop 4 points - the best result for us IMO
