Agree with Nasha now that I have mellowed after the game. It wasnt an horrendous performance, Nuneaton were clearly fired up following the points deduction. However I disagree with the guy who posted on the BSN forum, they didnt really seem to get behind them until it was 2-0.

Matt Flynn continues to impress at centre back, but for me it was between Stu and Phelan for MOM. I wish that McGivern would stop looking for the foul all the time when he gets the ball, and then sulking and moaning if he doesnt. Richman had a poor first half, but looked more effective when moved central in the second half. The moment that summed the match up for me was when at 2-1 Nuneaton broke on us and Densmore busted his lungs to get back. When he did get back and won possession, he completely miss kicked the ball.

It might be slightly controversial, but Im not convinced by their keepers injury - it almost seemed like a cynical attempt to avoid punishment for what appeared to be a two footed lunge on Phelan in the build up to the goal. Im not sure that a keeper that badly hurt would have made the wonder save from Phelans screamer.
I saw the "gash" on his leg, it did look very painful!!
