"After last night's match, Graham Heathcote made the following signings for next season...
Joining for another season are: strikers Rod Thornley and Pat McFadden and defender/midfielder Gary Scott.
Re-joining after impressing in pre-season is winger Colin Potts (who was, of course, with us at the start of last season before a spell with Barrow).
Amongst the trialists being made offers for next season is Matthew Berkeley, the former Gretna striker. But two trialists who are not being signed are midfielder Chris Baguley and winger Jimmy Gaysham."
I think we are a little forward heavy & still need that left back. I presume decisons are still to be made on Coo & Moores

I have just punched the air in delight (much to the bemusement of my work colleagues!).
We've got Colin Potts,
We've got Colin Potts,
We've got Colin Potts,
We've got....COLIN POTTS!
WELCOME BACK COLIN!

Cavell Coo has been made an offer:

Just looking at the other signings we've made, I wonder if we'll have some sort of arrangment with Leek whereby some of our players are registered to play for both clubs, thus giving our first teamers a good standard of competitive football when they are not selected for the squad. Thinking of players like Pat McFadden who sometimes do not make the 16 and also bearing in mind that our reserve team isn't playing competitive fixtures anymore, I suspect we'll start to see our fringe players turning out for Leek on a regular basis.

Looking good!
I think on a positive note, if coo signs it will be good to have someone with versatility. Not sure how much opportunity scotty will get tho.
I think peyton is the man at left back, jus hope he's happy playing there!
-
i thought chris baguely looked good though...

Think its common knowledge he isnt happy playing there but will .imo we still really need a left back and im sure gh is constantly looking for one

I am dissapointed that Baguley was not signed on.
-
I thought baguely looked good and i think he will be a good signing for whoever gets him. With Pottsy, Lawton, Sedgemore, Val, Peyton (possibly) and senior i think he would find it difficult to break into the team regularly.

Shows I know nothing about football management, I'd have signed Bagley and not bothered with Barkley!!
Welcome back Pottsy!
