At least Dunc going now gives LS time to find replacements. If you needed any proof what an impact he had just see the crude league only statistics below when he started or didn't start a game:

Dunc played  we won 63% of games and scored 2.7 goals per game
Dunc didnt play we won 40% of games and scored 1.8 goals per game
We failed to score 5 times last year, Dunc played in only 1 of them.
Dunc played 67% of points obtained
Dunc didnt play 51% of points obtained.

Conclusion,....we need someone to help create/score goals next season.

According to the BSN website; 
"Altrincham have been in scintillating form at home of late, winning all five of their last games, including a 7-1 drubbing of Boston United.
However, the Staffordshire club have been poor away from Moss Lane and are yet to win away in 2013.

Workington drew today in FA cup, I assume the replay will be next week? anyone know? If it is then our game at home to Workington a week Tuesday will be postponed. Pity when we are playing well would suited us better to play it.

Why? -  Sinnot wants to play a fast passing game, it worked last year much of the time but we had no defence which is why is came unstuck against better teams,...as Brackley clearly were yesterday. To do that requires plays who are well balanced on the ball and can pass.

Richman, Bruno cant, Paddy maybe, Sam is very raw but has ability. Losing Phelan was a big blow as he could tackle and play with his head up.
We need someone like him to replace Sam/Lacey/Dens so that Dens can get back to RB but for now we need him in CM as at least he can play the Whelan role to a degree.

Pleased with all the players signed up so far, especially Nicky Clee, James Lawrie and Shaun Densmore. Others under negotiation, hope that includes James Smart who did OK.
