The dates when the Premier League are pausing fixtures for the World Cup have been announced (more accurately I’ve just become aware of them). The first round of fixtures will be Saturday 6 August and after the 13 November there will be no Premier League games until Boxing Day. This gives every other club below PL level an opportunity to attract the floating PL fans to their games during that window. Alty will no doubt be looking to bolster attendances with United and City fans being targeted. There is also the prospect of live screening of games in the CSH and i would welcome a World Cup Alty Beer Festival somewhere in the equation. Discuss.

I'd like to see the club really invest in a decent Xmas Market set up once fan zone is live.
Maybe every Friday and Saturday, mulled wine, bratwurst, some gifting stations with local makers.
Sensibly priced, it could be a real money maker with fan zone and a large catchment area.

Sound idea IMHO. There’s no possible income stream that should not be tapped into.
