I've just read on the Kiddy forum that one of our stewards was attacked at the end by one individual in the away end. In fairness, their fans appear to have distanced themselves from this idiot and one actually intervened to stop the attack going any further.

Whoever that steward was, I hope you are ok and did not suffer any injury as a result of this mindless behaviour.

I think that things like chanting and chairman giving abuse is one thing we should take exception to, and associate to a daft club like kiddy. However, lets not judge kiddy on this. Just another moron at a football match, not a new thing, and nothing particular to kiddy.

We have better stewarding than most league clubs and im glad the fans often make comment to appreciate it. Lets not blame a club here, lets just accept that there are complete bell ends in the world and we should all do our best to keep them away from football matches.

I've read this on the kiddy forum and you're right to be fair they are trying to distance themselves from imbisile, stewards have the hardest job in the ground and i have the upmost respect for all of them, i am just extremely happy that we did not let kidderminster steal a point of us that we deserved. Its late but i can confirm that no Altrincham fc steward was attacked at saturday match, The said person actually stumbled whilist trying to get someone of the barrier  and was actually helped back to his feet by a couple of Kidde fans and that was his own words.
