Cycle to Wrexham
« on: April 09, 2009, 08:54:33 AM »

Hi.

I am hoping to cycle to Wrexham on Monday weather permitting.

Looks like sunny intervals with the latest forecast. Appx 45 miles

Should be about 2 & half hours ride.

Last & only time i cycled to an away game we won (1-0) at Northwich on Boxing day just gone.

So hoping for a similar result.

cheers

"hoping for a similar result"

& Yes 1-0 again.

51 miles on the bike from Sale to the Racecourse ground. 3hrs on the bike.

So that's two rides to away games & two 1-0 wins. 100% win record i think that is.

Must be a lucky way to travel.

Will you be cycling to Mansfield & Cambridge?

Don't think so to be honest.

Cambridge is a bit far for a 1 day ride & Mansfield is a night game.

Will have to see what the options are for next season, Chester would be a nice one if they came down.
