Mmmmm ! Haslet ! An almost forgotten delicacy. Never tried it with cheese but I can see it. Wensleydale or Lancashire - or maybe White Stilton. Next time I'm in Sainsbury's............

I think a blue cheese would be a wee bit too strong, I went with the mature chedder, though a good farmhouse Cheshire would be good - but nbot the pre-packed crap from the supermarket, something from the market! Very difficult to get Cheshire cheese up here!

aha yes - truckle.  The challenge will be for the RR team to get that used during the first commentary of the season.
