Supposing Crawley, Weymouth and Rushden survive their various off-field problems, how many points should ensure maintaining Conference National status for next season? I suggest 48 points would be sufficient.

50 would be the aim for me, especially looking at the up coming games we have.

I think I said we'd get 52 points this season but I also thought we'd win at Woking in that calculation so now I'm on target for 49.
The way things are going, I feel this would be enough to stay above Tamworth, Southport and Stale Buns - it's just that 4th bottom place that's the problem - I can't see the prime candidates Cambridge, Rushden and FGR not having a flooky run before the end of the campaign so that means we're going to need one.
49 just won't be enough to avoid 4th bottom I'm afraid.
Fingers crossed!
