For the second successive year, an Altrincham Football Club X1 will be playing in a Cricket match at Ashley Cricket Club's Railway Field ground against A Co-Op X1, as part of their beer festival on Friday night. The match will be a 20/20 game, starting at 6:30.

Not only will the Altrincham FC team will feature several members of the club's voluntary staff, but it will also feature Neil Tolson, the assistant manager, and Grahame Rowley, the chairman. The team will be completed with fans. 

It is believed that Neil Tolson has been practicing hard to try to get revenge for Alty Fan Mike Reeves bowling him out last year!
