Whereabouts do you travel from ?

Shrewsbury.. its about a 130 mile round trip.  I am an Alty lad though Urban Drive... but left in 69 when I joined the Army.. Always been an Alty fan. Watched Shrewsbury for two seasons but could never take to them... (they have an excellent stadium now) but parking is a pain in the arse.

We intend to go to a few away games this season. (when I get a tom tom ... The wife's map reading isnt great and murder could be committed before we got there)  :D

Kidderminster or Wrexham is the nearest BSP team to me and Telford BSP North  is 20 mins up the road.

Makes a big diference living out the area. Hardly attended last year due to now living in Rugby but defo making up for it this season.

Prob one of the few Alty fans delighted Tamworthless got promoted :)

I think it's only around 200.

It was 297 about a week ago which I understand is more than we sold last year.

I think thats a good figure, besides for a club like us surely its better we get regular income from home games than if over half the core had a season ticket. Im sure the majority of expenditure is monthly.

I wouldnt like to get paid once a year, except for the first week after.

Money up front is always better than the possibility of later payments. On a cold miserable day in April a pay as you go fan might decide not to bother going to a meaningless end of season game and paying £13 when the result is not important. A season ticket holder will probably go anyway. And don't forget the money people spend in the ground. I buy a season ticket but i also spend money on a programme/golden goal ticket/guess the attendance/a few pints of beer and possibly a plastic hot dog.

Phone the club and check (0161 928 1045), I'm sure it won't be a problem though.  :)
