I know there are often events where fans donate 2nd hand stuff for sale/raffle etc.

How about of part of the shop can be set aside for decent 2nd hand goods (like unwanted chrissie presents for instance) to be sold to raise funds for the club?

That's a good idea. I know I will have some stuff 'still boxed' to donate if this happened.
