As I am away at the moment I have not read all the posts but anyone have an update for Denham's return?

It has been another season of unlucky injuries and suspensions, if we had a fit Chris Denham and Clee on a regular basis we wouldn't be down there !!!

Can not remember the last time those two were in the same team, the thought of Reeves, Clee and Denham as a forward line in our favoured 5-2-3 formation is exciting !!!!

When graham went I posted that it was too early and I hoped that we would not regret it. I know I will get it in the neck but graham was the only man for the job. It ain't working with ken, wish it was different but we are in the sh*t. He just can't get the team going, we will get relegated without two more defenders and a forward and some bloody passion and confidence.

I was leaving the ground today hearing people say that it was great draw, WHAT THE f**k? We were bloody awful today and so were they,apart from the fat striker upfront who was a handful !!!!
I always chat on so I will keep it simple…..

Joseph still sh*te and makes the defence so nervous. I have been told Coats claimed the ball and he headed it, which led to their goal. Joseph ain’t improving, the team around him are !!!! he scares me to death, he is sh*t !!!!!

There were debates a few weeks ago about players not showing heart and desire, McCarthy will never ever be the answer to our problems, he is lazy, weak and to be honest I would not give two monkeys if I did not see him in an Alty shirt again. People will stand up for him but all I’ll say is that I’ll eat my words if I am wrong, but I am confident he ain’t good enough by a country mile !!! Holsgrove is not good enough but he causes more mayhem than McCarthy when he comes on !!!

There are two players that I have been wrong about in the last ten or more years and they are Nicky Clee and Robbie Lawton. Nicky Clee is one of the best players I have seen at this level for close control and dribbling, Robbie is a lot fitter this year and is on a mission, respect !!!

We need Coburn back because Coats is dodgy and gets nowhere near long range shots.

And finally… I know we scored from a set piece but we are and have been for years so sh*t at set pieces. We have Lawton and Smith who both have a leap, defending???. Our only option is Robbie Williams. Also why do we and other teams from kick off hammer it to the by line, nothing comes from that tactic, Ill rather give it Nicky Clee the ball and let him run. The tactic is used a lot in footy now and is f**king rubbish !!!!
Today was poor and we need to start picking points up !!!!

Does anyone actually know what injury Denham has? we need him fit and playing each week. He makes such a difference up top and is the closest thing we have to Chrissy Senior but he always misses every other game. Its like having an attacking Ledley King !!!!

Just read that Robbie Lawton is aiming to be fit. We are a lot better team without Robbie unfortunately. However he's an OK squad player and I'd rather have him come on in centre mid than Welsh. The subs baffled me on Tuesday, we were in control and looking to extend our lead then we take Clee off and put Welsh on. This immediately invited pressure onto us but we held out. It will be a much harder game tomorrow, I would start Denham over John Mc. John was a lot better on Tuesday but way off this standard.

My first look at Doran, before he got sent off and he looks like a good signing, strong, direct and box to box player, sorry Mr Lawton but there is no room at the Inn for you. If he has to play Robbie for whatever reason it has to be for Danylyk not Kearney or Doran.

The whole team played well last night but Clee, Senior and Denham were awesome. We look a lot more of a threat with those two up top rather than the slow and un-impressive John Mc !!!

Formation was completely wrong second half. Should have stuck with 4-4-2 with Col and Senior upfront, there one two’s in the 1st half caused a lot of problems. I am guessing Graham changed it to stop there midfield from playing, but it just did not work. In that second half apart from Little dropping deep we had no player that could slow the game and pass the ball around in Midfield. Lawton was OK, but him and Danylyk can not take control of games, they just panic and kick the ball. Owens looked as if he didn’t want to be on the pitch and looked lost to be fair. Guessing Denham was struggling because if not then it was another crap sub because he was awesome in the first half. Densmore’s season is getting worst, he was horrendous today for the whole 90mins,he deserves to be dropped from the team for a while until he sorts his head out. Only problem with that is Smith would have to go there and we need his pace at centre half. I am really wasting my money at the moment watching this sh*te, we were yards of there players and the pace second half, the commitment in closing down there men was poor. First 30 mins we closed down well, after that we were lazy. Players need to look at themselves and start playing with some f**king heart !!!
