Looking at the forecast, it's got a chance. Mostly dry tomorrow, including clear sunshine at 3pm. Got to hope it avoids the worst tonight. Booked on and hoping for a better result than the last 2 times there!!

I thought we won there the season before last? And also won in that sh*t cup after extra time and penalties, last year was a new low though, should have been about 4-0 up in the first 15 minutes then decided to stop playing

It will be on and we will win as I can't go now due to my head gasket (probably) going yesterday.

Webcam of the town centre here.  I was going to mock it but then I realised unlike hours it seems to have shops that are open so best not:

Yes we did. Looking at the archive a 2-1 win, but had to thank Stu for it with a great save in injury time.

I genuinely dont remember winning at Workington? Are there highlights?

The highlight is forgetting a visit to Workington.

We first won there 4-0 back in October 1978, incidentally.

I remember that, 0-0 at HT, heathcote pen early in second half and ran out easy winners. At the time a lad I grew up in with in Alty played for the reds (he moved to carlisle later) and was playing that day and knew all about Cotes pens, but their keeper still got nowehere near his pen! Who scored the other 3 then Cult?

Barry Howard got two & Graham Tobin the other one.

I still remember the 0-0 in the Trophy, where a last minute free kick from Workington grazed the bar.  We won the replay 4-0 and marched on to Wembley
