THIS IS YOUR FINAL WARNING. I will not tolerate language like M*ss Rose -  Dross Rose or Toss Rose is acceptable though  ;).

Northwich are skint, so can we guarentee the money for the ground rental will make its way into the clubs bank account. Is it true Telford still have not recieved their gate money from the FA Cup?

Great news if we can make a profit from this, but the thought of that drum being in the golf road end!

I am laughing at the people who will not have heard about this and turn up at Vics..."the match is where?.."

Almost as good as the guy who turned up at the Victoria Stadium at 2.30, and asked, "Has the game been called off?"

If this protects the 3 points we gained on Boxing Day it may not be a bad idea.
However, I wouldnt like them to feel they have home advantage when they play us in a few weeks time.
Liverpool fans have been in the Stretford End - FA Cup Semi-Final against Everton 1971.
Everton fans entered the Stretford End when they played us, but were disposed of quickly when half of Alty arrived.

The ground issue aside vics are the position we were in with a payment schedule to hmrc so as long as they keep to that I guess we shouldn't be too upset at them signing players left right and centre to avoid the drop.

But have they paid telford yet? If not then a transfer embargo should be in place.

Who'd have thought 10 years ago when vics fans were saying football loeague with 3,000 in the VS every week we'd be here today offering them sanctuary?

I do hope we are charging though and getting the money directly out of the gate on the day.

You mean...

Seriously though, i'm glad we're helping them out here. I'm not really a 'jolly old friendly rivalry' type of bloke but this shows a bit of class on hte clubs part. And of course, if we can get a few quid for a rental fee then taht's great. Vics take the gate receipts we, presumably get a fee and all the bar takings.

Actually thinking of it, the signs aren't there for a crowd at all unless Vics fans rally behind them.

Regular Vics home attendees 590.

less 250 cos it's in Alty

plus Histon away support (6)

plus curious Alty fans (50)

= 396?

Hmmm what a bizarre situation for vics to be in.

As I can't make it to Oxford I may well consider going in the chequers to watch this.
More money for us I guess? At least a percentage of it?

I was just thinking that, it could be one of the lowest attendances in Conference history. What's the record again? Alredy relegated Droylsden on a cold Tuesday got under 200 didn't they?

Surely no Alty fan is considering going?

I'm pretty sure they will hire the ground for a fixed fee so your money will not go to Alty if so.
