I understood Maccs debts were far bigger than ours...

If you have seen the books yourself, then fair play.

Otherwise its just guesswork. 😉

You mean like a company health score of 3 out of 100 and 9 CCJ's totalling £32k?

i predict 2-1 to alty

macc fans start complaining about getting beaten by a tin pot team when they are nearly as massive as brizzle rovers ... pah

as long as we beat the sheep tamperers . i dont care

We're not as big as Brizzle.

But we're bigger than Alty. 4-2 to the Silkmen tomorrow.

Safe journey over.

What time does your "box office" open tomorrow? Your website is busy boiling chocolate teapots.

Don't know what all the fuss is about - just get you ticket from Macc, the away ticket office is next to the away turnstile

The match is not all ticket, and will be sold until kick off

That's true, but we are not exactly loving the lack of cash turnstiles.

Apparently, there was money going missing from the gates, so the club changed the system. But it is annoying that with rarely any more than 1300/1400 in the ground that you can't rock up and pay cash on the gate.

I'm afraid that's the price of progress...oh no that's something else. That's the price of thieving fans?

Even if we snuck into the play offs, would we even be allowed to compete? Surely we've missed the promotion application required. (sorry if this has already been discussed elsewhere.)

The deadline for applications for promotion from the Conference used to be around November time & the cost of applying was not negligible.....£900-£1000 from memory. We only paid this on one occasion (2009-10) when we carried out a bucket collection to help pay the application fee.Things are a little different now & the initial application, which has no cost, needs to be in by the end of this month, so I guess that Mr.Wilshaw will be taking care of that. There is a second stage to the process when the application has to be confirmed & it is then that the application fee has to be paid.I believe that this is in March. So I am sure that that if there was any possibility of us achieving the Play-Offs at that point, we would confirm the application then & pay the fee, which I think is still about the same amount.

Thanks for the updated info  - all seems like a racket to me.

There is a full inspection of the ground & a report produced for the club of what is required.I think that we did quite well last time we were inspected, with no surprises in terms of what was required to upgrade to Football League standard.

Any I application should last a period of time, say 5 years with a self assessment that these elements are still true. There could then be a sub assessment that can applied quickly (after all there are only four qualifiers) upon qualification for the playoffs.

OR....at least a partial refund on if you don't get in to the play offs. Unless it is a not for profit exercise.

I've never seen the Alfreton video.

I was there that night and came a very close second to giving that young lady a lift back to London.

Another Sliding Doors moment eh....

As in your car door slid open and she was able to leg it off and escape??

That's it Ballers. I've never heard this one before Rocky. Who did she get a lift off then? Did Mad Frankie get in there?

I can't remember who landed her. I was driving alone which had she known would surely have sealed the deal for me.

On my company health system, FGR get a health score of 1 out of 100

I would show you but the picture is too large for this site to handle

Why use that as an "example"? Surely similar figures to those in real life would be more suitable?!

It's probably used as it is more likely to believed as an example.....obviously didn't work here....

I have never lived in Hamilton!

I was born and bred in Hamilton and left aged 21.

UP THE ACCIES ;D

Or as I remember from my youth "you're going down with the Accies, down with the Accies"

There was a proper camera above the pop side, I'm hoping some sloth at Kiddie will have it on the internet by Easter.
