I like the way that the club have fathered three kids...what on earth are the CSA doing on there?

If an errant father doesn't voluntarily make payments to the mother of his Children  the CSA can get an "attachment of earnings" order requiring sums to be deducted from the fathers salary by his employer and paid over to the CSA for onward transmission to the mother.
